Food delivery app with 50K+ downloads in 3 months
A React Native food delivery application for a regional restaurant group, featuring real-time GPS order tracking, driver management, restaurant analytics dashboard, and loyalty program integration.
FoodieCart needed to launch a branded delivery app to compete with Grab Food and Foodpanda without paying 30% platform fees on every order. We built native iOS and Android apps using React Native for the customer-facing side, and a separate React web app for restaurant management and driver dispatch.
The app features real-time order tracking via WebSockets, automated driver assignment based on proximity, push notifications for order status updates, and an in-app loyalty points system that has driven a 40% repeat purchase rate. The app achieved 50,000 downloads in its first 3 months with a 4.7-star average rating on both app stores.
