A full-scale multi-vendor marketplace built for a Philippines-based retail group. The platform handles over 200 active vendors, real-time inventory synchronisation, AI-powered product recommendations, and a custom analytics dashboard for vendor performance.
RetailMax came to us with a clear problem: their existing Shopify setup couldn't support their multi-vendor model or their ambitions for data-driven merchandising. We designed and built a custom Laravel-based marketplace from the ground up.
Key features include a real-time inventory management system, automated vendor payouts via PayMongo, a recommendation engine using user behaviour data, and a custom admin panel with 50+ reporting dashboards. The platform went live in 4 months and processed ₱50M in its first month.
