WholesaleHub was built to digitise a procurement process that was still largely paper-based and phone-driven. Purchasing teams at large retail chains were managing hundreds of vendor relationships via email threads, phone calls, and physical contracts.
We built a centralised procurement platform with digital RFQ workflows, e-signature contract management, automated PO generation, and a vendor performance scoring system based on delivery accuracy, pricing consistency, and dispute resolution. The platform reduced procurement cycle time from an average of 14 days to 3.5 days.
